Star sign source[edit]
Thank you for your edits to our villager pages. :) I wanted to know though- where are you getting the information on star signs for these villagers (e.g. Pierre or Meow)? I thought villagers only started getting birthdays in ACWW and the characters I mentioned are DnMe+ exclusive. (talk) 17:11, July 25, 2015 (EDT)
- You're welcome. I happen to own a complete set of all the Japanese E-reader cards (minus a few of the promos from the Doubutsu no Mori+ series). On the back of each of the cards, then animal's star sign is listed. I can try to get a picture or a scan up of the back of the card later this weekend. -Coatlmon 17:32, July 25, 2015 (EDT)
- Pierre e-card - On the back of the card, the star sign is listed. The Kana in the middle-いて座, is the zodiac sign Sagittarius. The e-Cards from the Doubutsu no Mori+ games used only hiragana for the star sign part of the card, however the e-cards for Doubutsu no Morie e+ began incorporating kanji into that text. If you would like to see the back card for Meow or any future villagers, just let me know.
- Wow thank you so much for the detailed explanation! This means that every animal should have a star sign even if they don't have a known birthday. Also you may be wondering why the star signs you entered for some villagers didn't show up in the villager's infobox. This is because the template only displays a star sign if a birthday is entered.
