The only way to get to the island is to have a Nintendo GameCube, Game Boy Advance Cable, and a Game Boy Advance. Once you talk to [[Kapp'n]] who appears on the dock, he will take you to the island. On the island, you can find island-exclusive villagers. You will receive one villager at random upon first arriving on the island. The villager will never move away from the island, and no other villagers will ever arrive.
