Once you get them, they act like a coupon, and takes 3000bells off anything in the able sisters. They can't be used at nooks cranny, BUT can be sold to them for not much bells. You also can't buy anything that is more than 3000bells with a tailors ticket because trying Will just show whatever the normal price of the item. You also can't combine them so they serve as 3000bells off each purchase, instead of 6000bells.
