In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, the player can change their eye color using contact lenses. When visiting Shampoodle on Main Street and asking for color contacts, the player's new eye color will be determined by the responses they give to Harriet's questions. Unlike the questions used for haircuts, there are no sliders in the eye color questions.
