== Appearance ==
Fauna is a brown deer with orange accents on her face and limbs. She has red spots for her cheeks, and bright-pink coloring on the insides of her ears.

== Etymology ==
Her Japanese name is most likely a reference to the first three notes of the [[wikipedia:solfège|solfège syllables]] (do, re, and mi), and may also be a reference to the song ''Doremi'' from ''[[wikipedia:The Sound of Music|The Sound of Music]]'', which starts out with "Doe, a deer". It is also a play on doe, the word for a female deer.
